This policy covers this website, its forms, and the calls, texts and emails that follow from them.
What we collect
What you type into our forms. Name, phone, email, property address, city and county, deck details (surface, size, condition, last sealed, color), preferred dates, and anything in a message box.
- Address suggestions. What you type in an address field is sent to an OpenStreetMap-based lookup to suggest matches. Nothing else goes with it, and we don't store it.
- Reseal drafts. An unfinished ticket is saved in your own browser so you don't lose it. It never leaves your device and is erased on submit.
Automatically. Standard server logs — IP address, browser, pages viewed, time. No accounts, no advertising pixels, no tracking across other sites.
From embedded files. Fonts, photos and the hero video load from outside providers, which see your IP address as part of delivering them.
How we use it
Only to do the job you asked about:
- Answer, quote, and schedule a visit
- Do the work — order materials, send the crew to the right address
- Send confirmations, reseal reminders and warranty follow-ups
- Keep estimates, invoices and job records for tax, warranty and insurance
- Meet legal requirements and handle any dispute or claim
- Show completed work in our gallery and on social media — never with your name or address. Ask us to remove a photo any time through Notice & Take Down.
No advertising profiles, and no mailing list you didn't ask for.
Calls, texts and email
Giving us your number means we may call or text you about your request, appointment or work in progress. Carrier rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts, or just tell us.
Form submissions reach our inbox through a form-delivery service acting on our behalf. Email isn't secure — don't send card, bank or ID numbers through it.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal data, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. If that ever changed, this page would say so first and you would be given a way to opt out.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that don't become jobs — about 24 months.
- Job records — estimates, invoices and warranty details, at least 7 years, as tax and warranty rules require.
- Take down requests — only as long as it takes to act, plus a note that it was done.
- Photographs — until you ask us to remove them.
Ask us to delete sooner and we will, unless a record is legally required.
Your choices and your rights
At any time, ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you, or give you a copy
- Correct anything wrong
- Delete it, where we're not required to keep it
- Stop calling, texting or emailing
- Remove a photograph of your property

Changes to this policy
Changes are posted here with a new effective date, and material changes are noted on the home page for 30 days. Continuing to use the site means the updated policy applies.
